Just returned from a last minute getaway before the children go back to school, what an incredible place, Nicky was there when we needed her and couldn’t do enough for us. We had an amazing weekend & would definitely recommended it to anyone with or without children. The fresh eggs were just lovely too. We can’t wait to return, Thank you Nicky & Family x

Amazing place with incredible hosts. The Lakeside House had everything we needed, the outdoor kitchen is well covered and well equipped and only a few steps from the room. Beautiful setting, the Shepherd Hut also looked a good size and we will definitely be returning to try out the Tree House. The hosts are the most kind natured and caring people I’ve met, and were so welcoming to our 5 year old son. He fed the horses, collected chicken eggs and joined in the sensory class when it was on, all via open invite. Thank you for an amazing stay, see you again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! We booked a 2 night stay following our wedding the day before, as a little treat for us and our 2 children. We all loved it. The tree house is well laid out and surprisingly spacious. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony in the evening with the pretty fairy lights twinkling away. We can't wait to come back! The gifts you left us were lovely too. Thank you so much for being part of our memories made 💖

Absolutely fantastic place ,had the most peaceful few days in the lakeside cabin for my mums 60th Birthday treat. It was very clean and very well equipped with all you need . Nicky the host went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for when we arrived including setting out an afternoon tea ready for our arrival with balloons and banners. It really made it extra special. She really couldn't do enough to ensure we had a brilliant stay. Thank you so much for everything. I would highly recommend staying here, we are already planning our next break here.

Absolutely perfect - off grid and super relaxing without compromising on comfort. The tree house is really cosy and had everything we need for a great long weekend. The showers and toilets were immaculately clean and out hosts were friendly without being intrusive. It felt like a real retreat - We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our three night stay in the treehouse at Caspian Wood with our two daughters aged 6 and 9. The place is absolutely beautifully situated by the water and is so peaceful and quiet. The shower block is the nicest I've ever come across when glamping and is kept spotlessly clean. You have everything you could ever need for a brilliant holiday and the owners are lovely. Thank you for helping us have a brilliant family holiday! We will be back.

We (a couple) decided we needed a quiet break away following 4 family bereavements and and my partner having cardiac arrest so we booked to stay in the treehouse on Easter weekend and boy it did not disappoint. The treehouse was perfectly clean and well equipped. The fairy lights at night were pretty! I had a full nights sleep for the first time in months. The bedding and pillows were comfy and despite it being cold outside at night the inside warmed up well with the heater on. The outside kitchen was great, we cooked meals with no issues at all. Everything we needed was to hand and there was a large dining table, although we took to sitting at the edge, overlooking the lake. The complementary fresh eggs were a welcome touch! The shower room and toilets were close and spotless. On site there was ample parking close by, plenty of animals to make friends with and although a little muddy underfoot we survived with no wellies but I would take some next time. The lake was incredibly peaceful. Hosts were very friendly and were on hand should we have needed anything. All in all we had a wonderful weekend and would love to return and stay at the lake house next time.

Wow! This was our second time returning to Caspian and we stayed in the Shepherds Hut. We absolutely loved our weekend. Nikki and Jason have created the perfect balance between having all the amenities at hand and still feeling like your submerged in nature. The site is so well kept and the toilets and showers were hot and powerful and incredibly clean! The surrounding areas are stunning with amazing walks on the doorstep. The shepherd hut was cute and cosy yet surprisingly spacious on the inside. The kitchen area had everything you needed and the complementary eggs and coal were a wonderful touch. I honestly cannot praise this place or Nikki and Jason enough! I can't wait to return year on year and will most certainly be back!

Just back from a much needed R&R break in the lake house. Accommodation was clean, cozy and had everything for a beautifully relaxing stay. Facilities are great and we wanted for nothing, lovely hosts always around to make sure you’re comfy and happy. The location and setting is idyllic 💖 Can’t wait to go back! Nearby activities: Lots to do in the surrounding areas if you’re looking to venture out. Castles, museums, forest trails, farm shops, shopping!

This is a really special place. We have visited twice now and the second time was just as good as the first. The treehouse is stunning and has everything you need to do some first class glamping! The shower/toilet block is the best you will find on any glamping site and is kept immaculately clean by the owners. The location is breathtaking - overlooking a beautiful little lake with a perfect willow tree as the backdrop. The kids loved playing in the woods and making mud pies in the mud kitchen. Thank you to the owners and their lovely family for being such great hosts and letting the girls help with your farm chores, they absolutely loved it! We will be back, again!
